Both our ladies and gents changing rooms are tastefully decorated and carpeted.

Each room has a large shower area, sun bed room, spacious changing area, hairdryers and sauna.

Sauna

This is a 6-8 person sauna using a Dalesauna stove.

Incorporated within your lifestyle program this is an excellent way to help you relax after a busy day at work and to completely de-stress.

Sun Beds

Our 2 sun beds are from Jomi UK Ltd, using their Sunrise unit. They have 22 tubes using the latest Philips Cleo lamps and also benefit from a sea breeze facility for added comfort.

The sun beds are exclusively for members use only.
